By downloading, activating, or using Psst ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
A purchased license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal or internal business use. A team purchase covers the number of seats bought; the 30% multi-seat discount applies to orders of four or more seats. Licenses may not be resold or sublicensed.
Psst requires a valid license to use. After installing, you sign in with your email and either buy a license or, if you already own one, it unlocks automatically; the app is not functional until your license is active. There is no free trial.
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or circumvent the licensing of the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Psst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a convenience reminder tool and should not be relied upon as the sole mechanism for attending time-critical events. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed meetings or any indirect or consequential damages.
If Psst isn't working out, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund — we'll be reasonable.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
